Kinley 18 Months & Emery 10 Months

Dear Kinley and Emery,

It is the holiday season, so of course, this is very late. But we still wanted to capture some of our favorite October & November moments with you girls before Christmas hits! All I can say this month is, I can't believe how big you are getting!!! Not just physically, but just how far you've both come since our last blog in all your baby skills!

Kinley, you love to run. You love running around outside, I'd say that's when you are at your happiest. :-) You still love reading, and you LOVE talking. You know so many words now, and what you don't know the words for, you just make up! Your very favorite word is "no" of course. It's your answer to just about everything. Your second favorite is the phrase, "what's that?" You point to at least 50 things per day and ask, "what's that?" and wait for us to tell you the name of the object. You're adding words to your vocabulary everyday, and we can't wait until your turning out full sentences! (At this rate, I can't imagine it will be too much longer!) You also love singing and dancing. And man, you have such a sweet little voice. I'm pretty sure you can't wait to be able to just belt it out.

Emery, you get closer and closer to walking everyday! You love to stand up on your own and love walking with your rolling toys. You even took your first few steps on your 10-month birthday. You love saying, "momma" and "dadda" and you've even starting making the elephant sound just like your big sister. You love playing with your sister and following her everywhere. I'm pretty sure your life motto right now is, "anything she can do, I can do too." And boy do you try. :-) You started clapping this month, and playing peek-a-boo too. You have so much personality, and you are busy, busy, busy!

You got to play in your first bounce house at daddy's
company bbq.

You both love the monkey at the zoo.

And actually, this monkey loved you too!

Your fist time at a splash pad. We didn't have a suit, but
you wanted to go so bad so we let you go in your clothes!

You had so much fun!

Emery you loved wading through the water with mamma.

Kinley, I cannot possibly emphasize enough how much you
love goats.

Yes, Emery that's you eating food under your sister's
high chair.

That's better...such a pretty girl.

Kinley, you always think you like carousels, but you don't. ;-)

But again, you LOVE goats.

Emery you're even starting to love them too.

This past month has flown by, and it's been so fun celebrating the holidays with you girls. You make everything so joy-filled...definitely a lot more work....but SO SO SO much fun. We can't wait to celebrate Christmas with you!!!! Love you girls so much!

Love,

Mommy
